Collections stay on your device.
Saved concepts, collection names, links, notes, recent concepts and trail progress use your browser's local storage. They are not sent to a SEK account or synchronised across devices. Clearing browser data may remove them. Export a JSON backup if you want to keep a separate copy.
Analytics.
Google Analytics (property G-WV4JDTEMW8) measures visits and actions such as opening concepts, using the playground and saving collections. For visitors outside the UK and the EU/EEA, it loads automatically, without a consent prompt. Visitors in the UK and the EU/EEA are asked first, and the Google tag is not loaded unless you choose to allow analytics. We work this out from your browser's time-zone setting, which is checked in your browser and not sent to us. Google Consent Mode also keeps analytics storage off by default for visitors connecting from the UK or EU/EEA. The tag is never loaded on the collections and contact pages. We send public content identifiers and aggregate interaction information, excluding search text, collection names and notes, contact details and contact messages. Page URLs sent to Analytics omit query strings and fragments.
Google may process device, browser, approximate location and network information, including an IP address received as part of the connection, under its own practices. See Google's privacy policy. Analytics information may be processed outside your country. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time using , here or in the footer; choosing Essential only stops analytics and removes its cookies for this site. We also respect a browser's Global Privacy Control signal: when it is on, analytics does not load.
When you contact us.
The contact form sends your name, reply address and message to the site's operator by email. We use these details to respond and address the request. Please avoid including sensitive information. The form uses a session cookie, a request token and limited rate-control records to reduce abuse. Hashed network identifiers in those records expire after a short period. We do not add form submissions to a mailing list.
Hosting and external links.
Our hosting provider may maintain ordinary access and security logs, including requested URLs and IP addresses. External source links and the Pacific Fund website have their own privacy practices. Exported collection files are under your control.
